Shipping Policy
Processing fee for mailing of passes: $1.00. Passes purchased over the phone or that are purchased online with the mail delivery method selected will be deposited with the U.S. Postal service within two business days of receipt of the order. USPS first class mail delivery is generally completed within 7 – 10 days.
Return Policy
Credit Card Policy
ESTA accepts Visa/MasterCard/Discover with a minimum charge of $10.00. Credit cards are for advanced reservations and advanced purchases only with the exception of the Reno and Lancaster routes. Credit cards can be used to purchase tickets on the bus for the Reno and Lancaster routes.
Reservations
Seats can be reserved with a credit card. The full fare will be charged at the time of the reservation. The reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the departure for a 20% cancellation fee.
Unused tickets
Unused tickets may be submitted for a 50% refund. Multi-ride tickets submitted for a refund will be refunded for only the unused portion of the multi-ride ticket. Lost tickets are not refundable.
Partially used tickets
A “partially used ticket” means that a passenger purchased a ticket and did not complete the trip prior to the final destination. Partially used one-way tickets are not refundable.
Discount rate
Passengers must ask for the discount at the time of the sale. Eastern Sierra Transit Authority will not provide refunds for discounts once the sale is complete.
Late bus and missed connections
While Eastern Sierra Transit Authority makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, or mechanical problems. Eastern Sierra Transit Authority is not liable for expenses that may arise as a result of a delay.
